Show and Shine
Americans have a long love affair with the car. Car ownership is a right and a are treated as part of the fabric of our culture. We Accessorize worship and motor vehicles. We can not have invented cars, but we perfected using, buying and selling. We sail the city for fun. We like in a car pole with friends or family plan holidays around the "Road Trip". Admittedly, the country and we have plenty of places to ride: The U.S. network consists of more than 4 million miles of roads and streets.
We rarely see a car as merely a means or a way to get from A to B. Cars are a reflection of our personality, our status, preferences, what we do and who we are. We look at cars as our ticket to freedom and a symbol of independence. Most Americans get a Learner permit "the day they are eligible (up to 15 years 6 months in my state). Everyone I know got a license on their 16th birthday and a car. This may sound extravagant, but cheap cars can easily be found and a license fee is $ 10 (and all other aspects of owning a car in the U.S. are less complicated and expensive) Apart from densely populated urban areas we do not have to rely on mass transit, so you need a car. Yes, everyone. It is typical for a family with three children aged 5 cars in their home. It is not usual for an individual to two cars or one car and truck. We will own score of cars in the course of our lives away. It is not customary for Americans to multiple cars, collect certain brands or invest in classic cars.
Many icons of the American Life jumped out of our lives are intertwined with our cars: Drive-In movies and "Car Hop" at drive-in soda shops Beyond the Golden Arches, we have a drive through for each type of food imaginable Why get the .. car when you drive through? Drive-through banks, cafes, libraries, bakeries, ATMs, liquor stores, churches and drive. If you are in a hurry, more than a Las Vegas chapel offer a drive-through wedding.
A mainstay of American life is the Auto Show. We benefit every opportunity to display our cars or look at other people's cars. It is a typical social event in most every community. These shows can vary of the prestigious Concours d'Elegance to be (a multi-million dollar collection for one of a kind vehicles from around the world at Pebble Beach) to a local "Cruise In "(an unstructured 'show' with no entry fees and prizes, a meet-up car). Around every town there will be a group of enthusiasts staging a car show every weekend and several evenings a week to be. The Concorso Italiano is all Italian brands, exotics, muscle cars, like MG's, only the German brands, Corvettes, antiques, vintage or any class of classical you name it, there's a show for her. "The Good Guys" have 20 events a year across the country just for Hot Rods. This car shows are three and four days extravaganza's attracting over 100,000 auto enthusiasts. (See video)
The car show is held in my neighborhood on a 50's theme "Rock N Roll" McDonald's. The restaurant car park is the site for what they term the "World's longest running car show". It is a coming all classic cruise-in on Saturday, every Saturday. This free event (for both participants and spectators) has been on every Saturday for 22 years! The car owners occupy lawn chairs while families stroll up and down the aisles bee-bopping to "Oldies" music, with the shiny metal cars and tell their stories to the next generation of car enthusiasts.

Kelly Clarkson or Leona Lewis?
Who is a stronger singer? Personally, I'd say Kelly. Leona could not touch her in terms of all-round singing. Leona is great, of course, but Kelly has a strong lower register, which is not something I can say about Leona. her voice is so soulful and beautiful, not the fact that a lot Kelly richer tone to indicate. It is difficult to compare in the studio, but Kelly is far better life, and she has more stage presence and natural charisma. People just excited about Leona because it is so rare that a really good girl singer is from the X Factor. Keep in mind this is coming from someone in the UK, and someone who looked Leona dominate X Factor before you actually get into Kelly and American Idol, so I'm hardly biased.
I definitely agree with you 100%. Kelly is by far a better singer. She won American Idol for crying out loud. There are a lot of things about Leona, it bothers me when they sing. If you listen to Bleeding Love, you hear many mistakes in her voice: | None is perfectly natural, I just prefer Kelly. = D
