Reborn dolls … BAD paint job?
I read about 'Reborning dolls' online. It seemed fun and I have a 6-year-old who loves dolls. I have a lot of research and got himself a kit. i wasn't going to get into it as seriously as most do, this was just for my daughter and a little fun for me. But to my horror the paint immediately taken to the vinyl and with such strong color, I read about how to paint them in different site and with a few diff ways. or it wouldnt rub or wash, I I tried nail polish remover, but only a little vague. I just dabbed a little paint and rubbed it in, but she looks like a clown! is there anyway I can paint, so I can start (and any tips on how to paint with acrylic paint removal would also be appreciated)
Acetone would probably do the trick. It is the main ingredient in nail polish remover (although not many Polish removers contain acetone), instead of just full-stregnth diluted.
