Sheer curtains – The easiest way to Add Magic to your room
Approximately one year ago I was in renovation mode. We had been living in the same house for the last 15 years and we had repainted and redone some of the rooms, where and when we felt the need. The end result was a patchwork house.
Yes, I watched with mounting excitement the old patch is released, curtains drawn and old furniture is removed away. We decided to combine living room and an adjoining children's room so that the renovated spacious living room and looked great. We wanted this room the best room in the house, because this was where we most of our evenings, reading, playing with the dogs and television look.
I was delighted when the room was ready for its first coat of paint. It seemed BIG – cool and spacious. We had already designed furniture and had found the perfect place the sound and home theater. Quickly, it was time for the window treatment to choose. Here I adopt.
For a long time, I had my senses put in blinds. They seemed exactly the right choice for the minimalist look I was focused on. But there was one small problem. The renovated lounge opened out in the doorway. There were double French doors and we needed a solution that would give us free access to the porch without pulling or rolling. Blinds were out. But, I still wanted something that was not much space, while creating an illusion of lightness and openness.
That's when I discovered sheer curtains!
Pure curtains are lightweight, almost transparent fabric that you can hang on the windows. They are ideal for the saloons and salons offering lots of natural light. Reeds have a translucency that is magical and they are so light they practically swish in the breeze all the time, making the room look bright and airy.
I chose light sheer curtains and combined them with heavy curtains. The bright color added to the illusion of a large open space, and self-print on the straw gave the curtains a very rich and lush look. Since the single-layered sheer curtains we used were quite transparent, privacy was a problem especially at night when the lights went into the house. Hence the idea of the double curtains. The double curtains did take some extra space, but we could achieve two totally different looks in the morning and evening, without prejudice to address privacy and beauty.
Sheer curtains fall in straight, smooth lines. They make it pretty light and give you a small amount of personal privacy. The simple beauty and elegance of classy sheer curtains reveals a fine view across the room. Their soft texture and subtle designs enhance the beauty of your window designs.
And she leaves the room to the changing moods of the day, reflecting that's what I love most about them.

Does anyone have the 2005 ABC Distributing catalog.
I am looking for curtain panels that I saw last year in the ABC distribution catalog. It was a set of two white panels that a picture that the illusion of an open door leading to a garden gave him. They are no longer in the catalog. There were two different sets with different scenes. Someone with an open set of French doors leading to a garden. I've been searching these boards with no luck. I would have bought when I saw them. I got the description of search the catalog online. Also, has anyone seen sheer curtain panels that look like? I'm looking for the curtains or information about them. I do not necessarily want to order them to ABC. I wanted to know if anyone has seen these curtains everywhere.
If the item is no longer in the catalog, which means they are no longer the item. I tried to order something 3 months after I got a catalog ….. no longer available! … To it when you see it. One lesson you and I have learned. Keep checking, they sometimes bring back an item.
