I had a Barbie when I was little, she had blond hair and she was like a regular barbie doll execpt her arms were bent at the elbows, as she could hold a drawer or something. I guess she's a late 80's early 90's pop Cause I was born in 1988. Anyway, I think she was a kind of skating barbie, with arms bent and I used to Barbie-sized skating, they were neon yellow with orange wheels and when you rolled on the ground was skating sparks, and had elbow and knee pads. so I hope someone can help. 
Hi Arie, The doll was just remembering the name Barbie rollerblades. The model number is 2214 and it would be sold from 1991. This Barbie had long sleeves, white crop top and matching shorts. Like the knee and elbow pads you mention, it also came with a huge pink Barbie earrings and what we call on this side of the Atlantic a "bum bag" or what Americans call a "fanny pack".
