Corporate get together / team building meetings in Las Vegas ….. need ideas on a few things.?

So my boss asked me to colleagues host in Las Vegas for 2 days, 1 night – retreat. Packed meetings throughout the day and some team building. On one night, they need an activity. Here are my "rules" – there is not much of a budget directive. – 15 adults – issues left everything "- hotel must have 'suites' (or strip) – LV-themed restaurant for the night … Bellagio, Venetian, something nice and beautiful private -. kind of entertainment after dinner. They want some something nice … but they will not that separate people from the group and do their own thing, so it should be pretty closed (for example, I was thinking things like a party boat on Lake Las Vegas) Anyway, if anyone ideas about Hotels, Restaurants, Entertainment … something than to let me know. I live in Vegas, so I already know all generic sites … I'm just trying to be creative to this project. Any suggestions are welcome, Thanks!
