Collectible barbies are worth something in the box?

I have several collectible Barbies from 1.996 to 2000. Originally paid between $ 40 to $ 80 for most. One of those was more than $ 100 (symphony in chiffon). I took them out of the box and let them set up in a shelving unit. Some of them have suffered exposure to air and dust.
