Must be accepted God has at least one talent that each of us when we were on this earth. We could find that talent in us if we could not find that a different question. The people who made their to find talent and talent are working on that happy people and because they work on that talent is the special gift from the side of God is raising their head in that area because the will of God. So if it is so, our first duty to have an introspection on ourselves and we must know the purpose for which God had created us and had sent us on this earth. God He is the best creator and at the same time, the best director. This world is a stage and all of us who come to this earth were assigned different roles to play and if we wrongly play, we will destroy the whole scene and the game is not liked by the people and it would get negative comments because of the guilt of an actor in the play, who had not played its role well or not was like working under the direction of the side of the director. If we accept that God is the director, we must also accept that God can not a mistake in choosing a right person for the right role in the game and his evidence was not defective. We, the people of the world, could not understand this fact of life and that is the tragedy with us. The people who could this fact of life that we are to understand God's creation and He had us at this moment to perform a certain role and should We work well and should play that role.
All sensible people were telling us that we had been sent on this earth to fulfill a special purpose and the tragedy with us is that we are not the purpose for which we were created was understanding. Some of us could achieve the purpose for which they were made and that is why they are successful people and could lead to a name in this world. This world is going on and making progress and this progress and all this development on this earth in the fields of science and technology was made only those who could the purpose they were made and they worked on those talents and took the world number one step forward to understand. We must also recognize that this fact of life and we must find out the purpose for which we had made and what's that talent that exists in us and not in others around us. All education, all instructions contained in religious books, told us through religious discourses and other efforts to this man to understand his position and the purpose it was created by God to understand. But the tragedy is that very few of us start introspection, and most of us just listen and read and then forgotten to understand ourselves. We can find out defects in others and We can guide others, but it must be accepted that we could not our own mistakes and accept our own follies, nor are we able to correct ourselves. Most of us feel that we are the only right people on this earth and we never committed a crime, a sin or a misconduct.
We have noted that most of the girls some special gift from the side of God, but when they are married, they stop working on that talent and in time they will simply family woman attached to the kitchen and doing other small business in the house. Very few women are there, as allowed in this society to continue working on their projects and their own talents. So we put one half of our people are useless and they do not work for the welfare of the people on this earth. Similarly, most of the old people are retired and they can not work and if they work, most of us say this is an old man who has wasted his life and we should not believe in him. Some of the countries, people do not talk to those who have crossed seventy years of their lives. And we do not allow our children to develop their talents, nor did we help them to find out the talent in them. We are working on their education, training in this sector that are suitable for our family, which can be achieved with the resources at our command, and the area in which our district are getting employment and to start earning. And while choosing a career, a profession, a profession and a vocation for him we are not interested in the ability of the child, but we are interested to adapt him or her at work and therefore we identify of those areas where there is a shortage of people and we will avoid areas where there is a surplus of people and that is the reason very little effort to adapt to their own taste squares and usually they try to fit themselves into the round holes. That is why most of the people are not making progress in life and they are left behind and that is why that we lose efficiency and professionalism. When people are not tuned right job, we should not expect good performance from him and when people are in no proper job, they would unable to perform their talent, nor to express that talent is coming out. So because the follies of their parents, society and the financial position, we are unable to a person for the right job and if there was a survey of the world, we will find that most people do not have a job of their suitability and that of their interest. In most of cases, people are not allowed to work according to their own talents and qualities and that is why people on earth are not happy with those who work for them and serve them. Most employers complain that they are not the desired efficiency, will produce, the quality of the workers and the like is the position in government and semi-public organizations.
Must be assumed that all people had on this earth can the meaning of this special gift from the side of God to understand this world would be a Heaven, but had since we are not our talents, we have turned this earth into hell. Therefore, the time has come when the parents, all members of the family, neighbors, all people in one country and all people in the world should try to focus on people and all need to trace a person of his talent, his interest and aptitude to help and then implement him at work, so he could contribute something towards the fields of science, technology and discoveries. There is in nature that should not been identified and developing and This is only possible when we have a right person to bring a proper job, and while doing so we have to forget what is the position of the family from which he comes. The correct rate is we have interested the most in a man and while choosing him for the job, we need his services to us and we can not favor or accept recommendations. There should no rest when we select a person for the job and in some of the countries where jobs are sold to the highest bidder, these countries never Efficiency and management of their organizations, and will never be able to come forward and reach the goals fixed by them.
