Can I wear a tea length dress one shoulder dress at a formal reception?
I got this electric blue one shoulder Grecian inspired dress that I adore. tea length hair. I can wear to a reception, which is formal attire? is formal? Help!
Tea length and a shoulder can be ok in a formal dress, depending on the affair. I'm not sure about the electric blue color. This may be a hard color choice for the affair. Check to see what others wear, so you will accordingly dress and easy. You want to look good, but not noticed. Is this a wedding reception?
