Rawai Muay Thai Camp is a Thai boxing gym located on the tropical island of Phuket.
At Rawai Muay Thai Camp, we have 15 to 20 Muay Thai fighters living and training @ the gym.
They train six hours a day, six days a week, @ the age of 18 years, most of them have 50 + Pro fights.
Training 6 hours a day is not as difficult as it sounds.
@ 7 PM Start your day with a morning run (30-60 minutes).
You techneque do one hour workout with personal trainer and you finish your morning
training with 30 – 40 minutes strength training, yoga, and or stretching.
@ 4 hours you are back in the gym for another 2 – 3 hours Muay Thai & Fitness training in the high humidity of the tropics.
Rawai Muay Thai Camp in 2001 opened doors to foreign / non-combatants who want to workout in the tropics and experience the true essence of Muay Thai Training "Thai Style".

In the first week @ Rawai most new students usually only do 2 to 3 hours of training a day.
By the second week of their fitness and endurance has improved and 4 hours training a day it becomes easier to achieve. By the third week, most people can do 5 + hours per day of training.
The ideal length of time to be training in Thailand is 1 to 3 months.
The first 3 weeks you build on your fitness, stamina and technique.
In the second month of training your fitness is up to speed and looks like a pro fighter, your loss of body fat is noticeable and mentally at an extremely high.
At the end of your third month of your fitness training is a peak and you will be happy to go home to your friends and family to impress with the new U (Fighting Fit).
When you go back to your home normal gym workout, then realize how much you've improved your condition and Thai Boxing technique. Most students return to Rawai Muay Thai Muay Thai Camp for more And fitness within one year after their first visit.
