Tommy Doll

Ray Traylor
Professional wrestling career
Early Years
Traylor, a prison guard in Cobb County, Georgia, made his debut in 1985, initially working in Jim Crockett's World Championship Wrestling promotion as an improved talent his full name, Raymond Traylor. Seeing potential in Traylor, head booker Dusty Rhodes pulled him off TV for 12 weeks to repackage him as Big Bubba Rogers, a silent bodyguard for Jim Cornette, who along with the Midnight Express, was feuding with the James Boys (Dusty Rhodes and Magnum TA under masks). He got a big push as a seemingly unstoppable villain and feud with Rhodes, who the top babyface at that point in a series of open-minded battle royals called The Bunkhouse Stampede in 1986. After the series, both he and Rhodes were bound to win, leading cage match to a tiebreak in which Rhodes was victorious. In 1987 he won the Universal Wrestling Federation title One Man Gang, who was dropping his belt after signing with Vince McMahon's World Wrestling Federation.
World Wrestling Federation (19881993)
In 1988, Traylor joined the WWF as The Big Bossman, based on his earlier action. Bossman made his pay-per-view debut at SummerSlam beat Koko B. Ware. Bossman made an impact when he attacked Hulk Hogan on Brother Love's interview segment, allowing Fri Hogan playing his club in October 1988 on WWF Superstars of Wrestling. As a rogue, challenged he Hogan's WWF Championship and also with Akeem, the former One Man Gang to form the Twin Towers. The Twin Towers beat The Rockers at Wrestlemania V and fought with demolition for the Tag Team Championship. On May 27, 1989 edition of Saturday Night's Main Event, he and Hogan faced each other in a memorable Steel Cage Match for the WWF Title in which Hogan the Traylor superplexed £ 350 off the top of the cage.
He later became a fan favorite early in 1990 on the Brother Love Show after He refused to give his Ted DiBiase Million Dollar Championship Belt back after DiBiase had paid off for Bossman Slick on the leash out of pocket Jake "The Snake" Roberts' that also held Jake's python. Bossman refused to take a payout and return the bag with the belt and snake to Jake Roberts. After this change he fought with the former tag team partner Akeem, defeating him in less than two minutes at WrestleMania VI. He joined forces with Hogan at the 1990 Survivor Series with "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan and Tugboat Earthquake defeated team. He also opposed the faction's Bobby Heenan Heenan Family after Heenan made remarks about the Boss Man's mother. Boss Man defeated Heenan wrestlers such as The Barbarian at the Royal Rumble and Mr. Perfect via disqualification at WrestleMania VII for the Intercontinental Championship with Andre the Giant. Boss Man began when several, short feuds, first beating the Mountie in a Jailhouse Match at SummerSlam with The Mountie have to spend a night in jail. Another quarrel was with Nailz in 1992 with Nailz attacking him with a bat that kept him out of action for several months, when Bossman returned he went after his enemy and defeated Nailz in a bat on a pole match Survivor Series. He lost his last pay-per-view to match Bam Bam Bigelow in the Royal Rumble in 1993 before leaving the WWF in March.
World Championship Wrestling (19931998)
After leaving the WWF in 1993, Traylor had a brief stint in All Japan Pro Wrestling, where he planned paired Stan Hansen and "Dr Death" Steve Williams, to work before returning to the United States for World Championship Wrestling. Traylor was originally known as The Boss, but WWF's legal department determined the character too similar to one that Traylor was portrayed in the WWF and WCW forced to change it. As a result Traylor was the Guardian Angel. He fought with Big Van Vader for most of 1994. Fast, Traylor turned heel and returned to its original character Big Bubba Rogers. He defeated Sting at Uncensored in March 1995. Big Bubba joined the Dungeon of Doom faction before eventually crossing over to the NWO. Eventually, a loophole in the contract forced him Bubba's from the NWO. Following this, Bubba was a face and began competing under his real nameay Traylor and was briefly managed by Ted DiBiase old nemesis, who recently left the NWO. He frequently collaborated with the Steiner Brothers during this period. He began feuding with the NWO, beating several nWo members, including Scott Hall, Curt Hennig, and Vincent.
Back to the WWF / E (19982003)

Traylor on Smackdown 1999 as Big Bossman.
Eventually Traylor returned to the WWF on October 12, 1998 episode of Raw is War, again under his Big Bossman persona, however, wearing of a SWAT-style uniform instead of his old police. His gimmick was changed from an "agent" in a bully-type of personal security officer, or bodyguard-type character, willing to do anything for a price. He was immediately established as one of the top mid-card character, quite a difference from the lower mid-card status he had in WCW a few weeks earlier. He was introduced as a member of The Corporation, controlled by a group of wrestlers WWF owner Vince McMahon to fight Stone Cold Steve Austin as D-Generation X, as The Corporation "Personal security". During his time as a member of the Corporation, Boss Man won the Tag Team Championship with Ken Shamrock and won the Hardcore Championship four times. Although still becoming a member of the Corporation, Bossman fought at WrestleMania XV, against Undertaker in a Hell in a Cell match, as' Taker beat Bossman in the cell and "hung" Bossman in the cage, making him about 15 meters into the air.
Most of his matches in the hardcore division were a part his feud with Al Snow. At one point, the story involved all the dog Pepper. At SummerSlam, the couple battled in a match that never in the ring, but instead spilled the backstage, the street, and finally in a nearby bar. Just before the match was seen snow institution Pepper's dog carrier near the entrance road. Minutes in the game, Boss Man arrested the transporter, taunted the dog, hit Snow with the carrier, and threw it carelessly behind him. Announcer Jim Ross immediately apologized for the stunt, and confirmed on air that Pepper had been removed from the box before the match.
Two weeks later, Pepper was taken from the narrative, when he was slain by The Boss Man kayfabe, then Snow tricked into eating his pet. The story ended with a Kennel from Hell match at Unforgiven. The cage surrounding the ring, with half indoor cage around the ringside area. The men would start in the ring, the first man who escaped both cages to the winner. Between the two cages were a number of watchdogs.
After this, he fought with The Big Show over the WWF Championship. The feud included a promo where Boss Man was seen on kayfabe Big Show's father's funeral (his father years earlier had actually deceased) and proceeded to show father's coffin to steal the rigging on the back of his car and driving away. In a desperate attempt to stop the theft, The Big Show jumped on the coffin as it was towed away, riding on top of the box a few feet until he lost his grip and tumbled off. Also during the angle, the Bossman uttered the popular, but often misquoted line, "Ya hear that Paul Wight, you're a nasty bastard and your mother said so!" Months after the fight ended, Big Show carried a t-shirt with the phrase "Big Nasty Bastard" on. Bossman was the # 1 contender for the WWF Championship on November 15, 1999 edition of Raw. This feud ended with Boss Man is defeated by Big Show at Armageddon pay-per-view.
Boss Man took part in the 2000 Royal Rumble match. Boss Man Rikishi eliminated (With five other superstars), Chyna and Faarooq before being eliminated by The Rock. On March 19 edition of Sunday Night Heat, Bull Buchanan and Boss Man introduced his protg. They formed a tag team that lasted until summer, when Buchanan Bossman links to fame as a solo star search. This quest did not last long because he soon joined the Right to Censor faction. Big Bossman and Bull Buchanan defeated The Godfather and D'Lo Brown at WrestleMania 2000, and hit the Acolytes Protection Agency next month at Backlash. The team distributed June 5 edition of Raw is War. After they lost to the Hardy Boyz, Buchanan and Boss Man began to slide and eventually led to argue Boss Man knocking out Buchanan with his Buchanan was turned back at bat.
In the summer of 2000, disappeared from the regular Bossman WWF wrestling on television and especially Jakked and heat, mainly feuding with Crash Holly. When Traylor returned from an injury late 2001, he received a role as a tag team partner of Booker T as simply The Boss Man. Boss Man served as an enforcer again, only this time for the Booker T under the command of Vince McMahon. The team quietly split up in late January 2002, and from there Boss Man wrestled mostly Jakked and heat. In April, was he a brief tag team with Mr. Perfect after both were drawn to the Raw brand. In May 2002 he competed in his last WWE match, losing to Tommy Dreamer. Traylor was then assigned new wrestlers in Ohio Valley Wrestling training before she was released from WWE in 2003.
Post-WWE
After leaving WWE, Traylor last series of games were in a tournament for the vacant International Wrestling Association heavyweight title from Japan. He made it all the way to the finals before being defeated by his old rival Jim Duggan.
Death
Traylor died in his home of a massive heart attack in Dallas, Georgia on September 22, 2004, while visiting his sister. He was 41 years old.
He was buried on the Dallas Memorial Garden in Dallas, Georgia.
