How Men's Pants must fit

Are you frustrated with ill-fitting pants? Many men simply do not know how their pants should fit. They settle for dress pants that are uncomfortable and unflattering not because they do not care, but because they feel they have no choice. Before you buy a pair of trousers that bind, SAG, pulling or bending, the basics of how to fit a pair of dress pants men choose to learn.
How should the waist of the traditional Pants Fit?
For a traditional cut, the waist of your dress pants on the natural waist. A properly fitted waist is comfortable and allows you to breathe. There should be no ugly draw or spout on the hips or around the bags.
How should the waist Low Rise Pants Fit?
Low-rise pants fashionable and popular with the young and those who have the physique to wear them. Although not appropriate for a formal environment, they are stylish and fun to wear for a weekend. Low-rise pants are worn below the waist and are usually a flat front or pleated style.
Make sure the pants are flat around the hips and fitting well into the seat without binding, bagging or sagging. The Rise
The emergence of your dress pants is crucial to the fit of your pants. The cross should not bind too tight, and should not sag, becoming loose and baggy. If too much dust, you sloppy. This is a great option for many men with hard-to-fit physique. Do you tailor-made pants are much more affordable than you might think and the fit and comfort are worth.

Why do boys wear their pants over the top of their pants?
I can not understand why boys wear their pants so low that their pants can be seen (Very clear) over the top. Is this the latest "cool" and "in" thing to do, or are they just trying to draw gay men?
It is apperently the cool new fashion but I am a teenager and all my friends agree with me that it looks really stupid. (Theyre trying to copy the skater boy look)
