Summit what would correspond to a dark blue skirt?
I go to a rock concert on Saturday and I'm thinking about wearing a dark blue mini skirt skirt (her got black, white and light green stripes) but I do not know what kind of top to wear (T-shirt, spaghetti strap, long sleeves) and what color would go best with my skirt and converse shoes. Any tips? I wish it well because I might have to buy it.
